Return & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for shopping at Ameya Couture. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned or replaced according to the terms and conditions set out in this policy.
1. Return Policy
a. Time Frame: You have 10 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
b. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
c. Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom-made items (e.g., sarees tailored to your size), perishable goods, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
2. Replacement Policy
a. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for a replacement. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged at no additional cost.
b. Availability: Replacement is subject to the availability of the item. If it is not available, a full refund will be issued.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement
To initiate a return or replacement, please follow these steps:
a. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@ameyacouture.com with your order number and the reason for the return or replacement request.
b. Shipping: Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
c. Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund.
5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please note that we do not accept returns for customized or made-to-order products, unless they are damaged or defective. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the return and cancellation policy without prior notice. All disputes related to returns and cancellations are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
